I tried to clarify as much as I could, this step-by-step guide is a skeleton on how to proceed in creating your Blog perfectly, each of these steps may require putting some effort into it, in order to make things write.

1. Find a profitable niche.
2. Do some research about it.
3. Check similar competitor's websites. 
4. Choose a domain name for your Blog.
5. Pick a name for your Blog, must be related to your niche.
6. Pick a hosting plan. preferably (managed WordPress)
7. Install WordPress.
8. Pick a theme. ( top 5 themes for creating a Blog)
9. Customize your theme.
10. Add necessary pages.
11. Install necessary plugins.
12. Start creating quality content for your blog.
13. secure your WordPress Blog: you're probably wondering why I put security in the end simply because you'll need that after you upload some content in your blog, you probably know that WordPress search script is vulnerable that's is why anyone can access your content using your browser only. that means when you upload something you need to secure it perfectly you can use a security plugin called prevent direct access this plugin protects unlimited WordPress media files and all file types including PNG, JPEG, ZIP, DOCX, PDF, MP3, and MP4 that you upload to your WordPress Media, Pages or Posts. Once protected, they cannot be accessed directly via their original links (URLs). Unauthorized users will be redirected to your 404 error page when attempting to access and download these files.

there lots of things to do your blog promotion, while working on your content you can 

1. Start Commenting & contributing to other blogs
2. Create Backlinks that refers to your Blog
3. Guest posting, 
4. Promoting posts on the social media platforms 
5. Sending emails (email marketing)
6. Web push notifications.
7. ...etc
